Muritiba was born in 1979, studied History and holds a Master’s degree in Communication and Culture. Later, he studied cinema and TV. He is a director, screenwriter and producer and has produced eight short films. The Factory was nominated for 83 academy awards and won 60 awards at international festivals. The Patio, also a short, won the É Tudo Verdade IDFF and was selected for the Critics’ Week at. People won the Healthy Workplaces Film Award at DOK Leipzig. Marja Calafange, a native of Recife, is a film-maker, art director and photographer. She studied Digital Cinema at the European Center in Curitiba, specializing in Art Direction, Cinematography and Scene Direction. She has directed four short films and her work has been selected for national and international festivals, such as Fantaspoa, in Rio Grande do Sul, Rojo Sagre, in Argentina, Macabro, in Mexico, Horror-on-sea, UK, and been included in the official catalogue of the 54th Thessaloniki Agora Film Market, in Greece.
