EMBAP

The School of Music and Fine Arts of Paraná (EMBAP), or simply ‘Fine Arts’ as many Curitibanos refer to, is a public institution of higher education founded in 1948 and recognized by the Federal Council of Education since 1954. Specialized in the training of musicians and visual artists, the school has a highly trained faculty and facilities and resources that grow every day. EMBAP, located in the center of Curitiba PR, counts with approximately 1250 students – Graduation, Specialization and Extension – distributed in several courses, such as Degree in Music, Superior of Instrument, Superior of Singing, Composition and Regency, Degree in Visual Arts, Superior of Engraving, Superior of Painting and Superior of Sculpture, as well as the courses of Specialization and the courses of Extension in music directed to the community in general.
